UNWIND Massage Packages:

We can tailor our packages to suit your individual needs. This way, we can focus on the muscles relevant to your sports/activities or problem areas – and leave you healthier and happier.

Absolute Unwind: This 2 hour session includes a 1 hour treatment of Remedial Massage including Acupressure (Trigger Point Therapy), followed by a 15 minutes foot massage (Reflexology). For the next half an hour all of your muscles will be relaxed, with a Relaxation Massage of your choice (Swedish or Lomi-Lomi) using Aromatherapy Oils. This will leave your body in an absolute relaxed state. Finally, you’ll enjoy a 15 minute head and face treatment, unwinding any leftover tension – and leaving you completely rejuvenated!

Unwind Stress relief: This 90 mins - 2 hrs treatment is our own unique style of massage combining Remedial, Sports, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and Reflexology into an amazing experience of  Full Body Massage allowing the body to absolutely release pain and tension held in mind and body. This therapeutic massage treatment will  help you to work through stressful times much easier as it helps you to get a much better sleep, improves the movements and leaves you revitalised.

Divine Aroma: Lift your senses to heavenly heights with the Divine Aroma. Your body and soul will unwind with a combination of Swedish massage or Lomi-Lomi (Hawaiian) and remedial massage, using a divine aromatherapy blends of your choice - Relax and invigorate yourself completely! This package is available for 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

UNWIND Beauty Packages:

These Beauty Packages are at this moment only available for Home and Hotel Visits and will require more notice to be given for our therapists.

	Unwind Feel Good: With this 1hr or 90 min package we'll ex-foliate your body's skin with a body scrub of your choice from our product range for half an hour, followed by a half hour or 1hr relaxation, remedial or sports/ deep tissue massage, using hydrating massage oils, which will leave your body feeling years younger and absolutely refreshed and rejuvenated.
Unwind Face Indulgence: With this 1hr or 90min package you'll receive a half hour or 1hr massage treatment of your choice, followed by an uplifting facial treatment of half an hour, leaving you feeling and looking amazingly refreshed and vibrant.
	Unwind Absolute Body Indulgence: This 1 ½ – 2 ½ hr package will give you the best of all worlds and an absolute pamper experience. We'll first ex-foliate your body with any body scrub of our range available for half an hour, then you receive a massage treatment of your choice for ½ hr or 90min, followed by our fabulous facial treatment for half an hour to make you feel like a completely new person.
